Here is a little story about my application for the lead associateship training programme.
16th October 2020, I stumbled on my application on Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD) Programme, Anglophone West Africa and Foundation for Environmental Development and Education in Nigeria (FEDEN) call for application to join Lead Associateship Training Programme, aply@lead.org.ng, Close September 30, 2006. www.lead.org.ng.
Here it is:

Dear Sir,
Application to Join LEAD Associateship Training Programme
With reference to your advertisement on page 51 of The Guardian, Monday, June 19, 2006, I humbly apply to participate in the training programme.
I am a Batch `B' Corp member serving with the Total Productive Management (TPM) department of Consolidated Breweries Plc, Ijebu-Ode with the prospect of retention after my completion this August. I am 31 years, computer literate and possess an HND in Accountancy from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua. I foresee that the content outlined in the training will be of immense benefit in improving my leadership-building ability and other functions needed in business and interpersonal development.
I will be most grateful if my application is duly considered for the training.
Thanks and best regards.
Yours faithfully,
Nsikak Andrew
As I reminisced over, I realized I didn't get any feedback to join the programme. Such is life, we moved on. If you want anything good out of life, you need to constantly keep trying. You never would know which would become your pathway to success.
And like I found other words of inspiration written at the back of my mathematics lesson note. Remembering Baba Ghana's lesson. My mind went back to the math teacher who was working and after work in the evening, came to teach us mathematics.
Let's talk about Baba Ghana lessons. I remember him telling us if you attend this lesson and still fail the English Language in WAEC, sorry for yourself.
