Completion agenda of akwa ibom state government project tour with the brekete family radio crew from abuja.
Wednesday was my first day on the job as Special Assistant to the Governor on Information and Communication Technology, ICT.
The day kicked off with a project tour with the Brekete Family Radio crew, who flew in from Abuja to have a first-hand experience of the development strides of the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, His Excellency, Mr. Udom Emmanuel.
The tour, led by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Ekerete Udoh, saw us visiting the ongoing Maintenance Repairs and Overhaul (MRO) facility, the 2nd taxiway, and the newly constructed International Terminal Building at the Victor Attah International Airport.
We also visited the Greenhouse Farm around the Airport gate, the Infectious Diseases Control Center and PCR Laboratory, and the remodeled General Hospital at Ituk Mbang, Uruan.
Brekete Family Radio, a Human Rights program, airs on 101.1FM, Abuja. Their crew is led by ace journalist and broadcaster Mr. Ehis Agbon.
Their visit comes on the heels of Governor Udom Emmanuel's recent interview on the breakfast family show on Friday, January 7, 2022.
The tour, which continues today, has given me a deeper view of His Excellency's vision and a better understanding of his completion agenda.
