My soul longs for you every day
You whose voice calms my worried mind
And set my feet on high for your glory
To behold your marvellous works in my life.
I am the one you set free by your grace
When temptation seeks to overshadow my life
You delivered me with your mighty hands
Oh Lord, to You I will ever long for.
In joy and in every moment of silent pains
Will I abide in your tent and seek my refuge
For You alone, that deliver when others fail
You are my light and salvation in You I trust.
Teach me in your path to long for You always
